Cliff Andrews

Cliff Andrews is president of the Coalition for Home Equity Partnership (CHEP). He has more than 25 years of experience serving as a chief advocate and executive for non-profit trade associations on public policy issues advancement, coalition building and mission-focused association management. Cliff has earned a stellar reputation for engaging constructively with diverse opinions and positions while building productive relationships. He is responsible for oversight and management of CHEP’s corporate governance, membership ROI, and legislative and regulatory activities, as well as executing the Executive Board’s strategic vision. Cliff’s passion for collaboration and stakeholder engagement is positioning CHEP as a driver of positive change for the shared equity product industry and the customers they serve. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Political Management from George Washington University, a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University, and a Certified Association Executive credential from the American Society of Association Executives.

Jim Riccitelli

Jim Riccitelli is CEO and Co-Founder of Unlock Technologies with over 20 years of experience in consumer finance, spanning product development, strategy, management, legal and regulations, operations and business development. Well known as an industry pioneer and leader, Jim spent more than a decade as Co-CEO and President of Unison Home Ownership Investors prior to founding Unlock, where he helped build and launch the original shared equity product. Jim was previously a senior executive at Nomura’s commercial real estate lending and private equity units, and a partner in an Arizona-based residential mortgage firm.

Jesse Silverman

Jesse Silverman serves as General Counsel at Hometap, where he leads the company’s legal and compliance functions and advises the executive team on regulatory engagement, corporate governance, and company risk. He began his career in state government at the Connecticut Department of Banking and, later, at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, where he helped establish the agency’s Office of Enforcement. Jesse also has extensive experience serving as outside counsel to financial technology companies, guiding them from early product development through market deployment and integrating compliance programs across departments. 

Matthew Windsor

Matthew Windsor is Deputy General Counsel at Point Digital Finance, and is responsible for regulatory compliance, government and industry relations, and financial transactions. Prior to joining Point, Matt was Associate General Counsel at the Farm Credit Bank of Texas and Senior Counsel at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Matt started his career in financial regulation as an Associate at Mayer Brown, where he advised on banking, consumer finance and securities matters. He earned his BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics at Pomona College and his J.D. from Georgetown University.
